The practice operates an in-house complaint procedure. If you feel you have any complaints or grievances, we hope that they can be sorted out easily and quickly. We try to provide the best possible service, but sometimes things do go wrong.
If you have a complaint please contact our practice manager Mrs Tracey Gibb. Complaints procedure information leaflets are available from reception. If you would like a copy in large print please ask at reception.
